We are closely monitoring the natural gas exploration activity in our region. Gauging the economic impact of possible population growth; and the increased pressure on infrastructure, schools, emergency services, etc., is being discussed and debated.
We are attempting to provide a clearinghouse of information to share with others who are also interested in this on-going discussion. The gas industry phenomenon that we are now (or soon will be) experiencing will have a long lasting impact on our region and we will be able to make better decisions if we have more information.
