Whether you are researching a new market or customer; learning how to exhibit at an international trade show; researching international resources, regulation changes or links to foreign trade offices, our staff can provide the guidance needed to successfully expand your market.Expert Hotline is a service that provides Pennsylvania businesses with export counseling and compliance advice on topics including export documentation, regulatory compliance, and legal concerns courtesy of on-call content experts. These experts are available at no cost to companies for one-on-one consulting via phone or email. The Expert Hotline is divided into 3 content segments: U.S. government compliance, logistics and finance, foreign government compliance and product certification, and legal issues.
Exporting PA is an on-line export resource that teaches exporting basics to Pennsylvania companies. The guide is an Export 101 course which can be customized to match learning objectives. The guide features a state of the art Export Readiness Assessment, an extensive library of Frequently Asked Questions, and an easy access point to state funded export assistance programs. ExportingPA.org was developed by the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia and funded by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Community and Economic Development.
Global Access Program (GAP) is designed to assist small to medium sized businesses in activities that will help increase export sales. A maximum award of $3,500 per fiscal year can be used to offset 100% of qualifying expenses. Events/activities GAP funding supports include Overseas Trade Show Participation, Overseas Trade Mission Participation, Foreign Market Sales Trips, and Subscription to USDOC services.
